1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and atv10 ("atv10", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the atv10 online casino and sports betting platform available at atv10.vip and any associated mobile-optimised URLs (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
atv10 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to use the atv10 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period you hold an account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the atv10 Platform or had an account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of atv10 or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You have the mental capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement.
atv10 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before proceeding. atv10 is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access real-money gaming features on atv10, you must register a Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. atv10 relies on this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.
You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the atv10 Platform. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or promotional winnings accrued across those accounts.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your atv10 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. atv10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify atv10 immediately by contacting [email protected]. atv10 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be responsible for losses incurred before notification is received.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
atv10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, alongside proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at atv10's reasonable discretion.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in serious cases, account closure. atv10 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory identity verification where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your atv10 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing by atv10.
atv10 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour is detected; (c) a player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
atv10 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. atv10 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on atv10 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit amount, although atv10 may impose limits at its discretion for security, compliance, or responsible gaming reasons. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. atv10 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, it may be returned and the transaction reversed. Any bonus credited in association with such a deposit will be voided.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 3.3. atv10 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary and are subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.
Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. atv10 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain value thresholds.
atv10 reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes or levies from withdrawal amounts where required by law. Players are solely responsible for any personal income tax obligations arising from winnings in their jurisdiction.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Rules
atv10 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated clearly at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms will prevail.
Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance or free spins, as specified in the relevant offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the wagering requirements stipulated in the individual bonus terms before any withdrawal can be requested.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with any bonus will be stated in the specific terms for that offer.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino titles. 5.3 Bonus Abuse
atv10 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts; using mathematical strategies, arbitrage betting, or low-risk hedging techniques solely to clear wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, atv10 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the player's account.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All casino games on atv10 operate under the rules and pay-tables published by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server log is the definitive record. atv10's decision following review of the relevant game log will be final.
Sports betting markets on atv10 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by standard sports betting settlement rules as documented in the sports betting section of the Platform. All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement, unless a manifest error has occurred.
A "manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake in the odds, game rules, or promotional terms published on the Platform. atv10 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds and to correct errors as soon as they are identified. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will be subject to account suspension.
atv10 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits, stake restrictions, or to decline any bet at its discretion, particularly where suspicious betting patterns are identified. Such restrictions do not constitute a breach of contract and no compensation will be payable.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the atv10 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts in contravention of the single-account rule in Section 3.1.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions as described in Section 5.3.
- Allowing another person to access or use your account, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.
- Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward atv10 support staff or other players.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atv10 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if atv10 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
atv10's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
atv10 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond atv10's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. atv10 will endeavour to communicate known downtime periods in advance where possible.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fairness and good faith. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the atv10 Platform that cannot be resolved through atv10's customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
